Computer Service Technician -
Chittenango CSD is looking for a full-time qualified Computer Service Technician. Candidates
interested in applying should possess the following skills and experience.
- Looking for a motivated computer technician with a desire to learn new skills and technologies and the ability to apply those skills in the field.
- Candidates that possess basic computer support skills and are able to work on their own to install, maintain, update, and troubleshoot district computer technology are urged to apply. Specialized training will be provided when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must possess the ability to work with end users with varied abilities from beginners to advanced users.
Candidates possessing any of these specific skills will receive special consideration, but these
are not required:
- Familiarity with Apple computers and tablets. macOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.
- Jamf mobile device management system.
- Networking skills, including cabling, VOIP telephony, and wireless systems.
- Multi-Function Printers and managed print systems.
All candidates must meet the Civil Service Requirements for the Madison County position of
