Welcome to the Bolivar Road PTA
We are parents, teachers, staff, and community members working together to advocate, support, and enrich the lives of every child. We possess the common goal of providing an elementary school experience by promoting children who are healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged. The Bolivar Road PTA encourages parental participation in school and community activities for the benefit of our children. Our goal is to function as a cooperative unit working together with the Chittenango School District, all the Chittenango School PTAs, and our community. Please consider supporting us.

The Bolivar Road PTA welcomes your ideas and suggestions and has volunteer opportunities for you! If you are unable to volunteer, please consider a donation. Bolivar PTA Objectives:

• Provide quality programs that will enrich the elementary school experience for all Bolivar Road Students

• Involve all parents in their child's school activities

• Provide effective representation of parents’ and teachers’ ideas and concerns

• Unite the efforts of educators and the community to secure the highest advantages for all children

• Family Fitness Fundraiser Event (TBA - Spring)

• Staff Appreciation: a week of special thank yous for our dedicated teachers and staff

• 4th Grade Celebration at Green Lakes

• Kindergarten Celebration

• We Know... We Do... We Feel... We are the Bolivar B.E.A.R.S. (a student character education program emphasized all year)

• After School Clubs

• Quiet Game Carts (games and craft supplies for indoor recess activities)

• Reading Challenge (a theme emphasized all year)

• PAMP (Parents As Math Partners)

• Read for Success Week

• Guest Author Visit

• Yearbook

• Home to school notepads and folders (to strengthen communication between families and staff)

Thank you... to all of our wonderful parents who have volunteered their time and talents to our students! We appreciate all you do for the school community…especially for our children! We could not offer the wonderful activities we do without the help of our valued volunteers!
