WORKING SOLUTIONS - an American job center. 

Individual Training Account - Assist with funding for post-secondary education and certificate programs for in-demand occupations. 

In-Demand Occupations:

* CDL Truck Drivers.         * Maintenance / Repair Workers
* Nursing                           * Heavy Equipment Operator
* Plumbers                               AND MORE!!
* Carpenters
* EMS

We can fund in-demand occupations up to $5,000.00. We also provide supportive services to help break down any barriers to employment. Reach out to our staff to set up an appointment and see what occupations are available to you!

          What We Do:

* Resume Writing
* Job search assistance
* Breaking down barriers (childcare, transportation, disability, criminal records, etc.)
* Use of computers, fax machine, phones, and printer
* Funding for training for in-demand occupations (see above)
* On-the-job training reimburses employers 50% of wages for up to 6 months who utilize
   their staff to train new employee

Madison County Summer Youth Employment Program:

4 weeks of work, learning and personal growth. Youth work within their community. Worksites vary throughout Madison County. Youth will be paid $17.00 per hour for up to 22 hours per week.

Eligibility requirements:

Madison County resident between 14-20 years old
Currently receive one or more of the following benefits:
     Family Assistance
     SNAP (food stamps)
     SSI
     Medicaid
     HEAP

A member of a family whose income falls below the following amount for family/household size:
