Registering a Student in the Chittenango Central School District
Welcome to the Chittenango Central School District. Registration for new students takes place in the District Office located in the back of the Chittenango Middle School, 1732 Fyler Road, Chittenango. Please come to the east end of the building, park in the small parking lot, use the entrance marked “District Office, Board of Education.” Once inside, we are located in the first office on the left marked, “Assistant Superintendent’s Office.” We process registrations during the following hours: 8:30AM - 12:30PM and 1:30PM - 3:00PM, Monday through Thursday. To avoid any inconvenience for you, please call our office at (315) 687-2854 before arriving, as this will ensure someone will be available to register your student. It is not necessary to bring your child with you to register. When you make your appointment to visit your child’s school, you should bring them with you at that time.
To expedite your child’s enrollment into our district, please print and fill out the enrollment packet prior to visiting our office. If you have questions as you fill out the forms, please contact me at the number below:

- Parental Consent for YouTube Usage
- Health and Development Questionnaire
- Home Language Questionnaire
- Medicaid Letter and Consent
- Last Report Card
If applicable, please bring the following forms:
- Custody Agreement and/or Court Papers
- Individualized Education Program ("IEP") or 504 Plan
- Parents Prescribers Authorization for Medication
- Dental Certificate
- Family House Income Eligibility Application
