Career & Financial Management 2

This course is designed to make students aware of the role they will play as a citizen worker, consumer, and community member in our economic system.  Content of the units in this course builds on basic economic concepts such as 

Establishing and using credit
Understanding credit laws
Investing your money
Opening, balancing and maintaining your own checking account  
Completing job applications
Writing resumes and cover letters
 Interviewing for jobs


Students will also have a chance to take a National Financial Literacy Exam to be certified as "Financially Literate"
